1 stick butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can creamed corn
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Melt butter, add to egg, add corn muffin mix. Add rest of ingredients. Mix. Pour in greased casserole and bake until brown in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes. This is good and moist, almost like a spoon bread.
