MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
1 lb. hamburger meat, browned
1 can cream style corn
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
3/4 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
3 jalapeno peppers, chopped or 1/4 c. sliced jalapenos, chopped

1ST MIXTURE: Mix meal, oil, corn, milk, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 onion in large mixing bowl. Brown ground beef with other half of onion, drain fat off.

2ND MIXTURE: Mix browned ground beef and onion with other half grated cheese and chopped peppers. Pour 1/2 of first mixture in large greased baking dish, then all of 2nd mixture. Cover with remainder of first mixture. Cook for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
