BLUE CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 c. soft butter
2/3 c. drained sliced ripe olives
1 tbsp. minced chives
1/3 c. chopped walnuts

Blend cheese and butter. Stir in olives and chives. Chill slightly. Shape in ball. Roll in nuts.
