DIABETIC COOKIES 
1 c. diabetic applesauce
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. water with 4 saccharin tablets dissolved in it
1 c. All-Bran
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. cake flour
1/3 c. raisins

Sift dry ingredients. Mix other ingredients together except applesauce. Add dry ingredients and applesauce alternately. Fold in raisins and All-Bran. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes.
