YUMMY CHEESE CAKE | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored Jello 1 (14 oz.) can Pet milk 1 stick butter, melted 1 c. (8 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple 1 c. sugar 1 (1 lb.) box graham crackers or 1 bag prepared crumbs) Dissolve lemon Jello in 1 cup hot water. Set aside to cool. Do not let harden. Mix cracker crumbs with melted butter. Reserve 1 cup crumbs to spread over top of cake. Line greased baking dish (9 1/4 x 13 x 2) with crumbs. Whip chilled Pet milk until it stands in peaks. Cream cheese and sugar together well. Add cooled Jello. Mix together, then add crushed pineapple. Blend all together then fold in whipped Pet milk. Fill dish with mixture. Sprinkle crumbs over top. Place in refrigerator to chill from 1 to 2 hours. Delicious. |
