1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. hot milk
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat the eggs. Add the sugar and beat. Add the flour and baking powder and beat. Then add milk, butter and vanilla. Beat and then bake at 350 degrees. Test with toothpick.
