1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello raspberry or cherry
1 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. (15 oz. jar) applesauce
1 tsp. lemon juice

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Blend in applesauce and lemon juice. Chill until firm. Serves 5-7 persons.
