1 c. nuts
1 c. coconut
1 German chocolate cake mix
3 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla

Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with Pam. Mix nuts and coconuts together. Layer on bottom of pan. Make cake mix according to directions on the box. Layer the batter over the nuts and coconut. Mix sugar, cheese, butter and vanilla until well blended. Layer on top of cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
