SATURDAY NIGHT SPECIAL 
3 cans (#10) pork and beans
1 1/2 c. catsup
1 box light brown sugar
1 lb. bacon slices
1 box wieners
1 lb. diced onions
5 lbs. hamburger

Brown hamburger in 1 cup oil. Drain off oil when browned. In deep steam table pan mix pork and beans, 3/4 brown sugar, catsup and onions, also hamburger. Push wieners deep into mixture.

Leave a few for layer across top. Lay bacon across wieners and sprinkle with rest of brown sugar. Bake at 350 degrees in oven for 1 1/2 hours.
