BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. meat, cooked (sausage, ham, or bacon - crumbled or diced)
1/3 c. sauteed chopped onions
1/3 c. sauteed chopped green peppers
Frozen hash browns
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 dozen eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard

Night before: Line 9 x 13 inch pan with frozen hash browns and brown by broiling. Sprinkle cheese, onions, green pepper, and meat over hash browns. Refrigerate this overnight.

Next morning: Beat eggs, milk, and mustard together. Pour over other ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
