8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1-2 tsp. milk
1/2 c. pecans

Soften cream cheese and butter, then cream. Add sugar, vanilla and milk. Cream until smooth. Add pecans. Frost cooled carrot cake.
