NOODLES & VEGETABLES 
4 pkgs. Ramen noodles (1 hot & spicy)
16 oz. pkg. frozen vegetables
Meat trimmings
Garlic powder
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. ginger (fresh or dry)
Pepper

Put non-stick skillet on high. Put in frozen vegetables (no fat). Cover and let fry for about 3 minutes. Uncover, add meat, garlic pepper, soy sauce, ginger and 1 flavor packet. Cook until vegetables are tender crisp. Meantime, bring to a boil 3 cups water and 2 flavor packets. Add the 4 packets of noodles and cook about 3 minutes. Then toss together and serve.
