CHEESE CAKE BARS 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 (8 count) pkg. crescent rolls
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 eggs, separated

Layer 1 package of crescent rolls on bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, lemon juice and egg yolks until creamy. Spread mixture over crescent rolls. Cover with second package of rolls. Beat egg whites and spread over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes until brown.
