PASTRY TOPPED BRIE 
1 sm. wheel of Brie
1 sheet of Pepperidge Farm puff pastry
1 egg white

Roll out dough 1/2 inch thick. Cut a circle of pastry big enough to cover the Brie. Use the scraps for top decoration (make a star or leaf shape). Brush with egg white. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
