SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1 small onion
1 large carrot, chopped
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 lb ground beef
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup oatmeal
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 beef bouillon cube
6 oz hot water or beef stock

Sauté onions and carrots in olive oil. Add the ground beef; brown and then drain off any liquid.

Add the flour and oatmeal, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and pepper (to taste).

Dissolve the bouillon cube in the hot water; add to beef. (Some like to add 1 tablespoon ketchup to the beef broth.) Arrange beef in a baking dish and top with whipped potatoes.

Sprinkle with paprika and bake in 325°F oven for 25-30 minutes. T
