JUICY MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. oatmeal (uncooked)
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. tomato juice

Combine all ingredients thoroughly and pack firmly into a loaf pan. Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) for 1 hour. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Serves 8.
