EASTER PIE 
Prosciutto ham, salami, pepperoni
3 lbs. Ricotta
2 lbs. basket cheese
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 1/2 doz. eggs
1/2 c. oil
4 1/2 c. Bisquick
Provolone cheese
Mozzarella cheese

Mix all ingredients together (be sure to dice meat above in small pieces). Pour into well greased (2) 10 inch pie plates. Bake 350 degrees 1 hour. Shut off oven and stand 1/2 hour in oven.
