PICKLE RELISH 
8 c. ground pickles (ground whole - do not peel)
2 c. ground onions
2 c. sugar
2 green peppers
2 red peppers
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. salt

Combine pickles, onions and peppers. Add salt, sugar, dry mustard, celery seed and cinnamon. Mix in vinegar. Cook over medium heat, stirring often. Place in pint jars. Process jar in pressure cooker according to pressure cooker book. Makes 6 pints.
