2 eggs 2 tbsp. honey 1 c. apricot nectar 2/3 c. orange juice 1/2 c. non fat dry milk powder 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 c. frozen strawberries, partially thawed In a small mixer bowl, beat eggs until thick and lemon colored. Gradually add the honey, beating constantly. Set aside. In a blender container combine the apricot nectar, orange juice, milk powder, and lemon juice; cover and blend until smooth. Cover and chill. Stir well before serving. Makes 2 servings.
