OIL AND VINEGAR DRESSING 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. ground mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. hot water
1/4 c. vinegar
2 garlic cloves, halved
1/4 c. vegetable oil

Mix well and chill. Serve over mixed salad greens.
