SHORT BREAD 
1 lb. butter
1 lb. sugar - super fine
4 c. flour

Cream butter and sugar, slowly add flour, one cup at a time - 3 cups. Put last cupful on bread board. Knead in last cupful. Mold in long pieces 1/4 inch thick - cut. Bake 30-35 minutes in 325 degree oven.
