1 box Crispix cereal
1 c. peanut butter
12 oz. chocolate chips
4 c. confectioners' sugar
1 stick butter

Melt peanut butter, chocolate chips and butter. Stir until smooth and pour over cereal in a large bowl. Stir until cereal is coated. Put powdered sugar in large trash bag. Pour cereal mixture in trash bag and shake until coated.
