GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
5 lbs. potatoes, cook with skins on, peel
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled while hot

In blender mix:

2 c. mayonnaise
1 med. onion
1 c. water
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar

Slice potatoes in bowl, pour juice over, crumble bacon over the top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes covered or 15 minutes uncovered.
