PARADISE DESSERT 
1 lg. pkg. lemon Jello
1 pt. boiling water
1 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 doz. macaroon cookies, crushed
1 doz. mashed cherries
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained

This recipe is best if prepared the night before serving. Mix Jello and water until dissolved. Let set until firm. Whip firm Jello with mixer. Add the already whipped cream with sugar to the Jello mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Chill thoroughly.
