RAINBOW DESSERT 
1 pt. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. hard macaroon cookies, crushed
1 pt. lemon sherbet
1 pt. lime sherbet
1 pt. orange sherbet

To the whipped cream add sugar and vanilla. Fold crushed cookie crumbs into whipped cream mixture. Spread half of mixture in bottom of 9x13 pan. Spoon sherbets onto whip cream mix. Spread to even the sherbet. Spread remaining whipped cream mix over sherbet. Freeze several hours. Serves 12.
