OKRA PICKLE 
1 qt. vinegar
1 c. water
1/2 c. salt
1 clove garlic for each pint jar
1 hot pepper for each pint jar
1 tsp. dill seed for each pint jar

Wash okra and pack in jars with the garlic, pepper, dill seed. Bring to boil the vinegar, salt and water. Let boil about five minutes, then pour to cover okra completely and seal immediately.
