EASY CHEESE POTATOES 
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
1 qt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 (2 lb.) bags frozen hashbrown potatoes

Thaw potatoes. Melt cheese and add mayonnaise. Mix well with potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes, until brown and bubbly.

Recipe can be halved.
