VENISON STEW 
2 lbs. venison meat
2 med. onions, diced
4 carrots, diced
4 celery, diced
6 med. size potatoes, quartered
Dash of garlic salt

Cook venison meat for 2 hours, then put all other ingredients together and cook until tender. Serve hot.
