1 lg. head of lettuce, cut in pieces
1 med. head of cauliflower, just use the flowerettes, slice the larger ones
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
1 jar of bacon bits (2 or 3 oz. size)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed and drained well

Mix 3 cups mayonnaise and 4 ounces of Parmesan cheese. Mix dressing through salad before serving.
