MEXICAN CHIEF'S SALAD 
1 lb. grounds beef
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can red kidney beans, drained
Hot sauce

Brown meat; drain. Add salt and hot sauce to taste. Last add beans and mix well.

DRESSING;
1 can tomato soup
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. oil
5 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. vinegar

Blend well as the dressing ingredients in a blender. Makes 1 quart. Use as much as needed, stores well in refrigerator. Other ingredients: 1 head lettuce, cut up 4 oz. cheese, grated 4 tomatoes, chopped 2 avocados, chopped 1 pkg. taco flavored tortilla chips, crushed
