MINESTRONE SOUP 
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 med. zucchini, sliced
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. baby lima beans, cooked
2 sm. cans beef broth
1 can (16 oz.) S & W diced tomatoes
1/2 c. macaroni pasta or orzo
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan
1/4 tsp. sweet basil
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

In medium pan, saute onion and zucchini in butter until onion is tender. Add remaining ingredients; bring just to a boil and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes or until heated through. 6 Servings.
