CHOCO-BOURBON BALLS 
16 oz. roll Pillsbury slice 'n bake refrigerated natural chocolate flavored double chocolate cookies
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3 tbsp. bourbon
Powdered sugar

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bring cookie dough to room temperature. Crumble dough into large mixing bowl. Add crumbs, nuts and bourbon; mix well. Form dough into 3/4 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until set. DO NOT OVER BAKE. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets. Let cool on cookie rack. Dust with powdered sugar.
