OVEN HASH BROWNS 
8 potatoes
1 carton whipping cream (pint)
Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt and pepper

2 days before: cook potatoes with jackets. Cool.

1 day before: peel and shred potatoes. Place in casserole in layers, salt and pepper and cheese on each layer. Pour cream over top with cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, covered.
