1 pkg. Duncan Hines cake mix
2 c. prepared lemon pudding
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed

Bake cake in 10 inch tube pan. Split cake in 3 layers. Spread 1/3 of filling between each layer and on top of cake. Frost sides and center with Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
