PEACH KUTCHEN 
1 stick butter
1 pkg. cake mix (white or yellow)
1/2 c. coconut
1 egg
1 c. sour cream
Peaches, sliced
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
9 x 13-inch dish

Cut 1 stick butter into dry white or yellow cake mix. Add 1/2 cup coconut. Pat into 9 x 13-inch pan and up a little on the sides. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Mix 1/2 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Sprinkle most over crust, saving a little for top.

Mix 1 egg and 1 cup sour cream, and spread over crust. Arrange sliced peaches over top. Sprinkle on remaining sugar mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. When cool, cut into squares.
