PEACH POUND CAKE 
1 c. butter, softened
3 c. sugar
6 eggs, room temp.
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream, room temp.
2 c. finely chopped peaches, peeled
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract

Cream softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs (1 at a time). Combine in separate bowl: flour, baking soda and salt. Mix together sour cream and peaches. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream and peaches. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream and peaches to creamed ingredients. Stir in vanilla and almond. Bake at 350 degrees - tube pan for 70 to 80 minutes, 2 loaf pans for 1 hour.
