JINDY'S LASAGNA 
8 oz. lasagna noodles, boil until tender
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated

MEAT MIXTURE:

1 1/2 lb. ground beef, brown in little oil
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 cans tomato paste
2 cans tomato sauce with mushrooms
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. parsley

Simmer 1 hour. Then take garlic clove and bay leaf out.

COTTAGE CHEESE MIXTURE:

1 egg
1 pkg. cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Beat egg; add cottage cheese. Add salt and pepper; set aside.

Use 9 x 13 inch pan. Put layer noodles then 1/2 cottage cheese mixture, 1/2 meat sauce, 1/2 cheese. Then the other half of each. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Very good!
