APPLE DIP 
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt together the brown sugar and butter. Add to sour cream and vanilla. Beat well. Refrigerate. Dip tart unpeeled sliced apples in the dip. Be sure to rinse apples in Fruit Fresh before serving to prevent them from turning brown.
