ICE CREAM TAFFY 
3 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
4 tbsp. white corn syrup
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. vinegar
Flavoring

In a saucepan, mix sugar, water, syrup, butter and vinegar together. Wipe down sides of pan. Cover and bring slowly to boiling point. Remove cover and cook to 258 degrees. Cool on buttered marble slab. Turn in edges to center with fork so they won't get hard. When cool enough to handle, add flavoring and pull. Keep pulling until it gets too hard, then stretch out on waxed paper.
