MACARONI AND EGG SALAD 
1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
8 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. brown mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cook macaroni and drain. Combine with eggs, celery, and pepper. Combine mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper and stir into macaroni. Cover and chill. Yields 6 servings. Can also be used to stuff 6 large hollowed out tomatoes.
