ORANGE PINEAPPLE JELLO 
1 lg. pkg. orange Jello
1 jar pimiento cream cheese, located by Velveeta cheese
1 (20 oz.) sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 pt. carton whipping cream

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup hot water. Add 10 to 12 ice cubes. Stir until Jello thickens. Remove remaining cubes. Add pimiento cream cheese. Mix well with beaters. Add drained pineapple. Stir until mixed. Fold in the whipped cream. Pour in clear bowl or oiled mold. Chill until set.
