PINEAPPLE-ORANGE JELLO 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 raw carrot, grated

In a medium bowl, dissolve Jello in boiling water. Stir in juice drained from can of pineapple. Chill until the consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Stir in pineapple and carrot. Chill until set. Serves 4.
