1 lg. orange Jello
2 c. boiling water, no cold water
1 lg. Philadelphia cream cheese (room temp.)
2 pkgs. Dream Whip
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, cut up and drain
1 can crushed pineapple

Make Jello. Whip the cream cheese and add to Jello. Chill thick and syrupy. Fold in whipped Dream Whip, then add the fruit. Pour into 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with nuts and chill.
