ORANGE SPONGE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Sift flour and baking powder 4 times. Beat egg whites until stiff, adding salt. Add 3/4 cup sugar gradually, beat yolks and add remaining sugar, beat until thick and lemon colored. Add orange and lemon juice. Add flour to yolk mixture, fold egg whites into yolk mixture. Bake in ungreased tube pan 60 minutes at 325 degrees. Turn upside down until cool.
