CITRUS FLANK STEAK 
1 1/4 lbs. beef flank steak
1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. dry red or white wine
3 tbsp. sliced green onions
3 lemon slices, cut 1/8 inch thick
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. lemon pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
Lemon slices (optional)
Snipped parsley (optional)

Place meat in a shallow baking dish. Combine dressing, soy sauce, wine, onion, lemon, mustard, lemon pepper and garlic. Pour over meat. Cover, marinate 8 hours in refrigerator, turning occasionally. Remove meat, reserve marinade. Place meat on an unheated rack in broiler pan. Broil 3 inches from heat 5 to 6 minutes. Brush. Turn, broil 5 to 6 minutes. Brush with marinade. Remove to platter. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
