MARINATED FLANK STEAK 
2 flank steaks
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. ground ginger
1 tbsp. garlic
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. vinegar
Sliced onion (optional)

Marinate for at least 24 hours at room temperature or 3 days in the refrigerator. Slice across the grain at an angle.
