CREAMED SPINACH SOUFFLE | |
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach 1/4 tsp. garlic salt Pinch of black pepper 1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) American cheese, shredded 1/4 c. Bisquick 4 eggs, beaten 1 tsp. butter, melted 1 c. milk Combine all ingredients except spinach and mix well. Pour mixture over partially thawed spinach and blend thoroughly. Turn into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
