CUBAN HASH 
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped mushrooms
1 lb. hamburger
1 can (1 lb. 12 oz.) tomatoes
1/4 c. sliced, stuffed olives
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Saute green pepper, onion and mushrooms until golden. Add meat and cook over moderate heat until browned. Add tomatoes, olives, raisins, almonds, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over rice. Serves 4.
