4 med. carrots
1 c. sauerkraut
1/4 c. walnut halves
1/2 c. sour cream dressing

Grate carrots and combine with sauerkraut. Add the sour cream dressing and garnish each serving with walnut halves. Serve on your favorite lettuce.
