SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
1 (#2) 1/2 can sauerkraut
2 oz. jar pimentos
1 green pepper, diced
1 c. onion, diced
1 c. celery, diced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil

Combine sauerkraut, pimentos, green pepper, onion, and celery. Marinate overnight in vinegar, salt, sugar, and oil. Drain before serving.
